Refunds

Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please contact us via info@pixitail.com. Due to the nature of custom printed products, we are unable to offer refunds for orders that have already been printed or shipped. However, if you encounter any quality issues with your order, such as printing errors or damaged items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification”, therefore refunds are at our sole discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee or other applicable charges.

Before placing your order, please be careful to check product size information. As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size. On every product, there is accurate sizing information for that item under the ‘Size guide’ link.

Returns

We do not accept returns for custom printed t-shirts unless there is a quality issue as mentioned above. All orders are final once they have been printed and shipped. It is important to review your order details, including design, size, and colour, carefully before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and sent to production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when placing your order, including the correct design, size, and colour. We are not responsible for any errors or mistakes in the order details provided by the customer. Additionally, it is your responsibility to review and approve the design proofs, if applicable, before your order goes into production.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We plan to extend the list of countries in the nearest future.

However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination, and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays, lost or stolen packages, or other issues that may occur during shipping.
